Within this year Davidoff has released nine new cigars in the United States, but in limited quantity.
The last is they introducing its new Davidoff Small Batch series, a collection of limited-run cigars made with different tobacco blends.
In the US retailers the cigars already available, began with two series, Davidoff Small Batch No.1 and Davidoff Small Batch No.2.
Every batches release in different quantities. According to Davidoff, these Davidoff Small Batch Cigar blends are very limited, however the quantities are varied, around 1,140 cigars for the little quantity and the largest are around 16,000 cigars.
Each Small Batch cigar is named after a number, and comes packaged in paper bundles of five or ten cigars.
The nine cigars are as follows:
Small Batch No. 1: A Robusto measuring 5½ inches by 52 ring gauge that’s rolled with an Ecuadoran wrapper, Dominican binder and filler leaf from Honduras and the Dominican Republic.
Small Batch No. 2: A 6 inches long by 54 ring gauge Toro made with an all-Dominican blend, or puro.
Small Batch No. 3: This is 5½ inches long by 50 ring gauge Robusto is draped in an Ecuadoran cover leaf and contains a Mexican binder and filler from the Dominican Republic.
Small Batch No. 4: A Robusto measuring 5½ inches by 52 ring gauge that’s made with an Ecuadoran wrapper and binder and filler tobacco from the Dominican Republic.
Small Batch No. 7: Measuring 6 inches long by 55 ring gauge, this Toro is wrapped in a cover leaf from Ecuador over Dominican binder and filler.
Small Batch No. 8: A 5 1/2 inches long by 46 ring gauge Corona Extra rolled with with an Ecuadoran wrapper, Dominican binder, and filler from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic.
Small Batch No. 11: Another 5½ inches long by 52 ring gauge Robusto. It’s a three-country blend made with a wrapper from Ecuador, a Dominican binder and filler from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic.
Small Batch No. 12: Enrobed in an Ecuadoran cover leaf, this is 6 inches long by 52 ring gauge Belicoso contains binder and filler tobacco from the Dominican Republic.
Small Batch No. 16: A Dominican puro at 6 inches long by 54 ring gauge called Toro, a different Dominican blend than Small Batch No. 2.
The entire Davidoff Small Batch Cigar series is rolled at the Cigars Davidoff factory in the Dominican Republic.
The cigars coming in the bundle package of 5 or 10 cigars. The bundle will contain the roller’s signature, that Davidoff’s confirmed their dedication and passion.
The tobacco used for blend this Small Batch are rare varieties and very selected and aged.
Davidoff’s confident that the smokers will delight the few fortunate aficionados who find them with a truly unique cigar experience.
This Small Batch series will consists of twelve unique and distinct blends.
The vitola formats featured in the series include Toro, Rousto, Belicoso, and Corona Extra.
The tobacco uses to blends of this series selected from the sources of Ecuador, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Peru and the Dominican Republic finest tobacco leaves.
For market this series, Davidoff has appointed merchants in Germany, Switzerland, United Kingdom, the United States, and Asia.
