1. Aware of the risk

The foremost thing to do is being aware of the risk. Being aware does not mean you have to be scared. Being aware means you know the health risks of smoking so that you know better the method to counteract those health risks. 2. Control your cigarettes intake

Don’t worry, smokers. Controlling doesn’t mean you have to completely stop smoking. Controlling means you give yourself a limit of how much cigarettes you should smoke in a day.

It is best, of course if you smoke less that 20 cigarette per day. But, you know your body best. Determine the limit for yourself and make sure you stick to it.

3. Exercise regularly

Exercise is one of the best way to keep your body healthy. If you want to be a healthy smoker, create an exercise schedule for yourself.

It doesn’t mean that you have to do difficult, rigorous exercise like heavy lifting and run a marathon. Starts small, like jogging for 5 minutes around your house, or using stair instead of elevator.

4. Eat healthy

If you want to be a healthy smoker and avoid health risks that comes from being a smoker, you need to be more careful on what you eat.

Smoking causes cancers, so it is vital that you eat food that contains a lot of antioxidant like strawberry and chocolates.
