It doesn’t mean that you have to do difficult, rigorous exercise like heavy lifting and run a marathon. Starts small, like jogging for 5 minutes around your house, or using stair instead of elevator.
4. Eat healthy
If you want to be a healthy smoker and avoid health risks that comes from being a smoker, you need to be more careful on what you eat.
Smoking causes cancers, so it is vital that you eat food that contains a lot of antioxidant like strawberry and chocolates.
