Patsy Cline – Three Cigarettes in an Ashtray

Back when it was 2007 or 2006, I played video games a lot. One of my favorite game is Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.

It’s an open-world game which means you can go roam everywhere around the map. While roaming using vehicle, I always turned the radio  on and I listened a lot of song.

This song, from Patsy Cline – Three Cigarettes in an Ashtray, was played by me for a thousand time without realizing that this song is about cigarette.

I found it accidentally last week when I wanted to know the list of song from GTA:San Andreas’ K-rose radio and voila! I met this song.

This song is about a brokenhearted woman whose boyfriend is taken by stranger. There were two cigarettes, a stranger came. Then there were three cigarettes. Not long after that, there was only one cigarette which belong to that woman.

Sad Indeed. Keep your beloved one on your shoulder!
